Fact #1:
Elvis purchased land in which state for reclusive enjoyment in the quiet and beauty of the area, and why did he choose this specific area?

A. Western North Carolina on the Tennessee border, the vicinity of the earliest NC home of the Presley ancestors. {answer from The Kin of Rock and Roll}

Fact #2:

Pvt. Thomas Presley of the 7th SC Infantry fought and died at the battle of Gettysburg. On which farm did Pvt. Presley perish, and after many years of burial there, where were his remains later re-interred?

A. The Rose Farm. Gettysburg and Hollywood Cemetery, Richmond, Virginia

Fact #3:

When Elvis was casual with family and close friends, what was his staple outfit to wear?

A. Black trousers and a white shirt

Fact #4:

Elvis favorite jacket.

A. deer-skinned (or doe-skinned), native American type of which he owned two.

Fact #5:

Was Elvis' hair thick and wavy, and was it really black?

A. No; Elvis' had very thin hair actually which was without body. Hairdressers on his films would sometimes work for hours to pouf it up with cremes and sprays. Elvis' hair was naturally fair, a Presley trait. Blonde hair, blue-eyes is not uncommon in the Presley line.
